Not to mention two of the country’s largest discount real estate firms use them as their colors.Using “I Buy Houses” or “We Buy Houses” plainly tells the consumer what you do so they don’t have to try and think about it.

lease length is always a issue ,, I've only rented month to month, owned and managed properties and if can say if a tenant want's to leave in the middle of a 12 month lease, that's just what they do. either they skip or just plain could give a hoot.. and if they are lousy tenant your stuck till the lease end to give notice of non-renewal or are trying to figure out a legitimate way to bring cause for eviction..

And if you default to your bank well your going to have an issue plain and simple unless its very clear cut in the loan docs that these are NON RECOURSE Loans.. which those are available but you usually have to be pretty financially strong to get them and or the loans VERY large multi millions. where LLC is good is simply an easy form of ownership tax wise..
