With me being a renter, I definitely see both sides of the coin in respect to whether or not to increase rents or keep them the same; especially if you are currently under market value.As a renter, if my rent increased every other year about $25 or so dollars, I'd be fine with it; however, if my rent increased every year arbitrarily because they "can," then I might be more apt to look for another apartment, even if the new apartment was a comparable price.

Counter tops in the kitchen are typically laminate though we recently found a source for counter tops made of recycled glass and wood/paper which we are testing in a unit {with our student units we have begun incorporating more sustainable finish materials and have found it to be well received}.Finishes aside, all of our student properties come with complementary Internet (Fibre-Op) and non coin-op laundry.

And I believe that Jamil with KeyGlee, Pace, and Jerry have actually made their careers with wholesaling and flipping, but provide courses as a way to provide value (while making nice coin, lol) to some newbies that need to spend money to take something more seriously (like school, haha).
