If you draw a rectangle between your boxes 3 and 6, you'll find East Atlanta neighborhoods, which Refin calls the 3rd hottest neighborhood in the country right now:   http://www.bizjournals.com/atlanta/news/2015/01/22...If you are wed to your boxes, I would suggest #3 first, but draw a line down the middle and stay on the west side of the line, and then #2 (depending on the block/neighborhood).

I recommend regardless of path forward, reaching out to all the different players including other investors, turnkeys, property managers, brokers, local real estate attorneys, etc and understand all their perspectives (what themes are you hearing that are the same, where are the differences, test one opinion or perspective against a different particpant, etc).

Hubzu is tough to buy from.As for wholesaling this: the NHREIA.com is the local real estate investor group, if you get it under contract, be sure and go to their meetings on the 2nd Wed, there is a buy/sell where you can stand up and sell your deal.
