Or Im happy to share the numbers with you if that's what you're interested in. feel free to PM me. it's a great strategy while you're young and dont have a spouse and kids. and eventually, as i can refi down the debt, and my equity grows, i can potentially shed a roomie or two and have the house to myself; or pack up and move in a few years and buy the next. all while keeping my cost of living/ ownership less than i would be paying for rent on a 1br in OC solo. wishing you the best of luck!

If you screen your RV parking area, either with plants or a structural screen (Trellis, fence, Storage shed), then I doubt that parked RV's would have anything but a positive effect on your four-plex value,  especially if you're using valuation based on income. 

They have since left the house and now he doesn't use the lot, so there was only a small tool shed on the lot to demo which didn't cost very much.
