One of the books that BP publishes (Tax Strategies for the Savvy Real Estate Investor) actually has a section that addresses this exact question. 

I want to start writing the content myself and publishing it on my website/social channels. 

The wealth of information here both what is already published and when you ask a question and get responses is overwhelming.

It depends on what your investment strategy is.They are good sites Zillow.com claims that they have over 3,000,000 listings Trulia.com does not publish this, but I am sure it is a large number.

They don't typically publish their reserve price, and each auction seems to set it in somewhat in this fashion.  

@Nathan Meeker is a great choice for a CPA, and there are several qualified CPAs on this website, and these forums, including a whole page published by BP of CPAs. 

I got my hands on hundreds of boilerplate documents published by the Texas State Bar Association and sold to licensed attorneys. 

It certainly does not help that Indiana does not have any published, authoritative cases concerning this particular portion of the Indiana Code.

I will admit that I met a multifamily operator in Arlington, TX after this book was published who started with a duplex and worked his way up through a dozen or more iterations to the point where he was selling a 132-unit apartment complex for north of $11mm.
