You have to have running water, working plumbing, doors that lock, a heat source, a stove, no adverse conditions that would be harmful to health (mold, vermin, etc.)

I would say that human nature tells us that although this is certainly possible, it is putting someone in a position of power which in turn puts them in a position of temptation and potentially harming a lot of others in the community.On another note, this sounds quite similar to many Communal Living situations that I think try to achieve sort of what your describing (minus the ability to relocate easily).

In my opinion, however it is misleading/a major time waster for beginner investors, who are trying to soak up as much information as possible, to immediately jump into a seminar geared toward getting into their pockets more than providing actual substance to help learn.
