Hey @Rick BorgoWe're actively investing in STRs in Atlantic City (with a non-STR investments as well) and are quite bullish on it.Beyond the casinos, Stockton University's presence has been a boon to the area.

Everything is composed of little steps and I think the first step I should make is determining how to pick "where" I want to start investing.

Both physical presence (see #1 below) and evidence of intent (see #2 below) must be in place to begin the domicile year.

It's still in the making but we have been discussing ways to help each other out & to add more people once we are fully set up & grow our online presence.
