Traditional 30 year fixed conventional mortgages on owner occupied homes are quickly pressing into the low 6% range for well qualified buyers and below that for those that utilize rate buy downs or seller concessions. 

You'll be hard pressed to find a quality place and quality tenants in any other parts. 

It just gave me the extra motivation to keep pressing forward.  

The agents had been pressing us to close, ignored phone calls and texts, and even turned the power off immediately before we did our walk through.

I saw some bus benches the other day without a real estate agent's face on them...

Or maybe so can impact other market rate rentals by sub-market pricing to try and press others rents down?
