I didn't have any roofing or HVAC issues.If you're financing any of the rehab, saving non-critical patj items until the end saves a little on interest and at the same time, for things like windows and doors, keeps them from becoming casualties of the construction.If permits are required, that, too, will influence the order to accommodate inspections.Another thing a builder once told me is that once a house is framed, do HVAC, Plumbing and Electrical rough ins, in that order.

I totally respect if someone has a personal reason for not wanting to meet at a place that serves alcohol as a primary beverage and can rework the plan to accommodate anyone with that preference.

If the Loan-to-ARV ratio will stay below 65-70%, some HMLs will allow the interest to accrue and be paid at the end (and the points as well), though likely these accommodations will necessitate the borrower having a proven track record for flips.

Once I familiarize myself with my states RE laws and licensing I would highly consider this tactic as it would be a starting point that accommodates my low budget situation.
