I have flipped 4 houses relatively easy this year, however I see just about everyone on the TV shows stage their properties.  

-multiple living spaces are a bonus- such as an upstairs media room and a lower level living room so your residents can spread out and have their own tv time.LAST- If you find a 6 bedroom house with 3000+ sqft, no HOA, on a corner lot, in a good area, with 2 living rooms and 3-4 full bathrooms near studio and 1 bedroom apartments--- it's probably a terrible deal and you should send it to me :)

Your own TV show?

Thanks to the many ads we've all seen on TV, and what lies behind them, Real Estate Investing education has rather a bad reputation.

Or does furnished also mean all kitchen utensils, towels, TV?

I think some members need a refresher on what BP is all about.Secondly I think some of these people should simply watch more TV.

It can be a life debilitating thing, if it werent, then why do you think there are so many commercials on TV and the radio for it!

Turn off the computer, tv and radio and actually interact with people in the real world.

Think about if you're cool with them playing loud music, TV, etc. in the common areas.
