My name is Renaldo, a Midwestern native, and Active Duty Sailors of (9) years, currently stationed in the San Diego area.

Then you have the problem of finding competent staff to work there (impossible because they are all out fishing) and that is all assuming you can find a plot of land not owned by a native corporation which has electricity and public water/sewer.

Most of these potential tenants have ID's issued from their native country, but very few have any form of ID that was issued here in the U.S.

I like the Midwest for cash flow (already investing there), but as an LA native, I do know which areas are growing and like their long term potential.

I think you are probably over reacting.

Being a native of Northwest Arkansas having spent my entire career involved in all facets of the real estate industry from construction & development, spent 7yrs with Walmart as  Sr Real Estate Mgr.

As an Indiana native, I may be biased, but I do consider Indiana a great place to live.

I'm a Montana native (Great Falls, then educated in Missoula), so I'm happy to see some Montana folks on BP.
