@George P. - that was the problem we had, the original loan was under $250 so we had to add more properties to get it to $250+ @Joshua Feit - You can message me.

@George Hermann These numbers were all hypothetical - I used round numbers to try to illustrate the concept of my dilemma.

@Octavio Garcia - A HML will usually loan against whatever you want so long as they can take a first position lien on the subject property and go through all the stuff that @George Taylor mentioned.
