From what I've seen its kind of like an affiliate program where you recommend certain services like WIFI and cable and make a commission on them.

Remember back in QE1/2 when all the gold dealers (and affiliate marketers) were saying everyone MUST sell everything and stockpile gold & silver as thats how food will be bought?

The other issue is affiliate marketers which is more of a fine line.

That said, one thing I’m sure Hostfully or others do that the platform-specific tools do not is track how much my guests are actually using the guidebooks, what recommendations they click into, and whether there’s opportunities for affiliate revenue/referrals with local businesses that we, as hosts, are continually sending guests over to.
