I have talked to some people but then i stumbled upon this website and think its great and people seem like they know what they are talking about.

I did a lease option on our first home after losing our life savings at 32.We were trying to rebuild the equity we had lost in our life, and I knewreal estate could help me do that the fastest.We used that lease option equity after a year (we rehabbed to build the equity) and bought our first rental, a foreclosure.I stumbled upon a bank that told me they would do 6 total properties for me as 'second homes', in the same city, in addition to the one we already owned!

It seems the main benefit for guru's with the seminars is to expand their networks so hopefully one of the ants (newbies) actually stumbles upon a great deal the guru can buy or partner on.Maybe one day I will teach all the time but in my career it is not where I am focused on right now.

Hey all, As I continue on my hunt for understanding all things Indy, I stumbled into this today and find it really useful when compared to attempting to navigate the Census and BLS websites.

Hi everyone- I am a newbie looking into real estate investing.Over my lunch break, I stumbled into Barnes & Noble and started reading a book about investing in duplexes, triplexes and quads by Larry Loftis.

That is how I stumbled into this.

Excellent description .. these are millennial's that are not brain dead and at least  know that renting is just throwing money away.I stumbled onto Charleston SC  6 years ago.. and built the 2nd infill new construction that was built for SFR in the area of America and Aiken st.. prior to that there was not an infill or new build for the last 25 years.. public housing rough area all of that. but LOCATION just screamed of gentrification.. 35 new builds later and price points when i started were 350k for a new build last one I closed was 650k.. 

I stumbled across Sean Terry's podcast some time ago and it's got me very interested in wholesaling.
