I don't have a handy "DIY" bone in my body, but I have cash and I know a lot of people in the blue collar fields of construction, etc.

@bryce Davis, if ever i could find someone like you. building wealth is the same as having a nice body/working out at the gym. it takes hard work and discipline (hard work->at the gym and discipline--> what you eat). for me, there is no real risk when one is trying to attain an amazing body, losing money is risky. having someone who's already successful to show me the ropes, that would be ideal.

Maybe make the move full-time when you're 20% of the way there and you have that consistent body of work as proof of concept.

. - if you put 50:50 on male vs female tenants, they tend to be more cleaner - separate bathroom for Men and Women- shared Laundry and shared kitchen with eating space- $500k liability insurance from each tenant upon move in- very detailed house rules added as a clause on rental agreementi do have my day time job and rental side is not treated as full time job for me.

I do not discriminate against military - as I am a veteran - which is part of the reason I gave these three military females a chance, even though 2 had less than desirable credit.
