Renting your entire house when you move out is the carrot shes using to abuse your relationship.

It sounds like you are worried that you may be accused of sexual harassment, assault, or some other thing.

You can attribute that to deferred maintenance or abusive renters.

I don’t want anybody to visit me for one day, have sex, abuse the cabin and leave the next day.

I have concrete ones at my multi-family spaces and tenants bump into them in some cases cause the concrete stop to crack and break away from the rebar that fasten them to the driveway.I wonder if these rubber ones would take more abuse?

I don’t know if this is really feasible in practice though, and I certainly do not recommend abusing it.

It can be frustrating, like my last bad turnover where the tenant destroyed 2-year old carpet, so I had to pay to install new carpet but could only charge them a percentage of it, not the whole amount, even though it wouldn't have needed replacement for years if not abused.
