Hello Rhondalette I know your original post was a months ago, but I am wondering how it panned out for you?

If the business relationship does not pan out, then nothing lost and everything gained.

Did the opportunity pan out to expectations?  

I have a lot of pans in the fire so in general, all my planning now is about getting all the "pans" making money with less attention from me personally, with an eye on retiring from the daily grind before 50.

Those are 12x24 tiles with a 2x2 mud pan for the walk in shower.

But for us @Shane Willcox being on pacific standard time makes it a little more difficult to pin down a time for the entire BP Nation. 

Sure it might have some appreciation characteristics but what if that doesn't pan out for you? 

Thankfully my last deals numbers did not pan out.

As long as you add value to the lives of your sellers, investors and buyers you can name it Peter Pan's Pirate Property Profits and it would be Perfectly fitting name lol!
