So as an observer in the background then going on the bus tours and my wife and I chatting with students through out the 3 or 4 days.To me its just a cross section of America.. 

Odd observation, but generally holds true, so I would expect that BP, would not vary much.....75-80% (Our guess) but 90% might be accurate.I learned to appreciate those folks over time..Many times, We sold the items right there to folks that were at the same sale for a small mark-up (Or a larger one)???

There is a reason you don't hire amateurs - they don't have the needed skills.Good luck with your tenant painting, if you allow it to happen.Tenant paint job photos:And the pictures of the paint spattered floors aren't necessary once you observe the above ...So go ahead and let your tenants paint if you think a paint job such as is pictured is what you want ;)

It might seem obvious to us today that a coastal house in California was going to be worth a fortune, but if you observed pricing in those areas of California from the 50's through the 80's it would look nothing like what's happened in the last 30. 

Here are the things I am observing.

I would encourage those who aim to disparage the city and those who operate within it, to observe how everyone else is taking care of the clients who were the hardest hit.

@Joe Splitrock During our last walkthrough (approximately 2 weeks before closing) I personally observed the water being turned off at the meter. 

I'm relatively certain, just by observation of traffic alone, the hotel has a great deal of underutilized capacity.

(Belize doesn’t observe daylight savings time, so half of the year the country is on CST, and the other half MST.)
