As a full time teacher at this point, I don't have time to make cold calls - it's hard enough for me to deal with the calls off my letters during the day (i do try to answer as many as possible and not let them go directly to VM).  

Pace clearly loves what he does and is one of the better teachers and authorities on real estate.

I would love to do it well enough that the students become the teacher and I'm able to invest in their endeavors!

@Jake Stuttgen we will still be working as teachers for the next couple of years until this business can grow to the point where it can support us.

", then it isn't something I would be in favor of.If it is as I mentioned, an incentive for the mentor to continue to act more like a partner than just a teacher, then it's well worth it. 

I'm not going to suggest anything but I will say that experience is the greatest teacher and what you learn through experience in this venture isn't going to be what you expect.

But if you told me you wanted to become a teacher, I wouldn't call you scum just because *some* teachers are child molesters.

First hand experience is the best teacher no doubt.
