I also tend to keep taxes on the forefront of my radar when searching in Delaware county because it's not hard to stumble upon a 6-7k a year property/school/muni burden in Delco too.

I've read a lot about the Lonnie Deals and that has kind of been the strategy I have planned to execute.However, I stumbled upon a guy on Craig's List who wants to lease his 6.2 acre mobile home park.

I remember coming across this thread awhile back and just stumbled upon it again.

The online equivalent are banner ads which hope to reach someone who stumbles into their message.Reaching a narrow target with a mass market is rarely cost effective. 

You might even stumble across your first deal this way.

So very sorry this is so long - now you know how I've sort of stumbled into this situation. 

I stumbled across them and a few other similar services, but I wasn't sure about the accuracy of their reports.
