Hey @Chris Loker, I just finished my classes at Hondros and am planning on taking the exam in a couple of weeks.

Cold calling sucks but after the 100th one you'll have nerves of steel and with the right scripts you'll start filling up the pipeline.

In many states, the licensing authority is the same authority that licenses mortgage lenders and their examiners are going crazy trying to wade through the differences themselves.

My nerves are too bad to deal with someone picky like this and I know my unit is move in ready.  

I understand the importance of examining negative thought patterns and beliefs and hope that no one is offended or put off by this I feel that I am struggling to overcome a part mental part real problem, and hope that it is clear that I don't want to come across as saying I think all real-estate people are crooks etc.

An examination of HOA bylaws and account statements will be part of due diligence if this moves forward.

Just find a place that interests you, gather the details, and your BP family will help you examine it.
