The latest is a complicated scenario and I wanted to ask the advice if it's wise to buy and hold or not.Just spoke with a lender that deals in that community- there's are a large number of foreclosures (around 2008) that put the previous homeowners in default  with the HOA, about half the money has been recouped and half still outstanding.

It is only a matter of time before that unit is filled and I would be very surprised if it is not filled for June 1 at the latest.

We actually just raised money for our latest deal through CrowdStreet and run our back office through them.

Purchasing Foreclosed properties provides me with ample opportunities to try out this slogan. my latest lemonade was when faced with a fiberglass shower enclosure that had the front portion ripped out. apparently someone wanted the plumbing and so tore up the front part of the enclosure the other two sides were perfectly fine so I decided to take the opportunity to upgrade the look.
