Just because you are young and at low risk, doesn't mean your actions won't lead to someone else getting harmed.

Oil industry has been hit hard and the vacation industry has been harmed.

The chance of them asking a quick question that you do not seem harm in until afterwards are much higher. 

@Wy Kay I don't carry a gun into properties because it isn't legal to do so in NY & NJ, but i do go into some REALLY rough areas with and on behalf of my clients, there are a lot of rules that you can follow to keep you out of harms way but here are my faves:-Go to the property before noon-Be aware of your surroundings-Don't sneak into a property, announce yourself loudly and often when you walk through -Lock the front and rear door when you enter-Go with someone if you arent comfortable going alone -If a property is said to be vacant but there are occupants (squatters) skip itLastly, go with your gut, if you think a situation is unsafe it just might be.

3) I don’t believe in repeat offenders , I believe in dead offenders if Someone enters my home to cause harm they will be leaving with more holes  than they came in with so It seems prudent I  would extend that right to my tenants as well 

That said, no I do not believe that Clayton Morris ever set out to build a business to harm investors. 

My family was in harms way BECAUSE of the "open borders" so to your accusation I say GET-A-CLUE.

@Jeff Byrne it could be that your family might be trying to protect you, without realizing they could be harming you.

You are the one paying for repairs, so it is no harm to them if you leave the washer and dryer.

The Umbrella Insurance would be the first to be eaten up before any of your assets or investments could be harmed.
