We drink coffee and pop instead of water . we never drink enough so we go around tired all day and just  take pills to get energized instead 

and I was covering all my living expenses slinging drinks on busy nights.All my credits transferred to my eventual college and I got my act together -- graduated from Temple U. with a business degree (again, ROI), had to get a loan from my mother for the last semester, which I paid off quickly.

I'm going to drink good 🍺 today and have fun in this State where I'm seeking to purchase investment properties.

Go back at night and see if they have people sitting on the stairs drinking and smoking weed or people running in and out.

He Royally screwed up drinking the low end hood houses are great investments for out of state investors.. he screwed the pooch .. no doubt his sales may have been a little bit slower if he just went for higher end but he would have and could have just killed it..
