First of all I'm sorry you lost your job, I don't really know what you mean by what to do with the 401k if you was not a Biggerpocket member but since you are a Biggerpocket member I would suggest what Mark said is the best option.That's what I would do.

Long story short, if these tenants or similar situation tenants do not work out, we intend to use paid PMs in the area (standard 10% fee).In talking with these potential tenants, they will have three years military orders in the area and the military member is planning to retire and move elsewhere after these coming three years.
