Labor and materials cost a ton. I

Hey, Tony, it's the over spending that's causing the debt to pile up.It's like my wife going out and spending me into the poor house and telling me the problem is that I need to GO OUT AND MAKE MORE MONEY!!

Moving to NY is not getting away from the noise...it's moving to NY.

We have to identify signs , I think like  @Dave Fontana   also many markets close to NY City ( where prices are still bellow 2008) are going to go up like crazyPeople share ;)  I love BP!!!!

I actually was listening to a Tony Robbins video yesterday and he talked about how it's all relative.
