I did learn some life lessons early on from teachers that are very helpful that I think I would have not learned if I didn't attend college.

Action and experience is that best teacher and best way to learn quickly. 

Too many folks hire their best friend's sister's teacher's neice who is a part time agent and part time Instagram Influencer, or some other nonsense, then wonder why they ended up with a bad result lol.

I'm also a real estate investor and high school business teacher so working with young people is what I love to do!

I was watching a lot of videos by Sean Terry and he seemed like a good teacher.

Experience is a teacher even if its your mentor's experience (through books/audio/seminars)I'm just like you (yet to do first deal).

I would love to do it well enough that the students become the teacher and I'm able to invest in their endeavors!

@Jake Stuttgen we will still be working as teachers for the next couple of years until this business can grow to the point where it can support us.

I want hardworking solid people that are financially capable of paying rent and are completely content to continue doing so......medical/nursing, public workers, teachers, etc.
