I was able to do this and totally replaced my medical device income to the point I was able to retire and have complete financial freedom.

Any company will open the door and check or replace the device?  

Geoffrey's pub closed years ago, another 2 restaurants have opened and closed in that spot since, the newest one is busters sports bar and grill 

I went with them because their hub has a cellular device built-in so if the wifi goes down, none of the smart home devices connected will lose connection. 

You can always reset the garage door devices so once the tenant leaves, you can reset the device for the next tenant. 

Each property has its own doc to help containing pictures, instructions, locations of all devices to refer to when guests have questions attention.

It's curious to see where sports venue attendance goes in the future. 

Not sure about the staff side of things, but one of my friends campus rentals was rented out to part of the sports team, once the team found out the season was cancelled, they called code enforcement and got out of their lease.However my campus rental has stayed full!
