Three of the seven included all new paint (including trim and ceilings) and all new flooring.

We have had contractors and subs that paint, do flooring or etc as their main profession tell us that professionals couldn't have done it better.The ability to make concrete counter tops, lay brick floor herringbone, trim out a house and hang cabinet doors/drawer faces is worth it's weight in gold.  

A steel entry door is going to be your most cost effective option unless you have very expensive trim.

Demo and drywall make a big difference, but painting and trim work take WAY more time.

I'm not Paula, but I'm going to use this on my next project. 4'x4' furniture grade plywood laid alternating direction.  4'x8' sheet of furniture grade is $ 11.97 at HD - HD will cut in half.glue and nail with trim nails.

I did need to spend part of the spring redoing the deck railing, painting exterior trim, replacing some deck boards etc.

You can buy 600 filters for the same cost as one (premature) furnace replacement.We also use the inspection to do some tenant training based on what we find on how to maintain the house, the lawn, down spout extensions etc We might also order a tree trimming, weed&feed or re-seal the driveway.

ESRI offers a free version of the software (ArcGIS Explorer http://www.esri.com/software/arcgis/explorer) that has the very advanced features trimmed, but will allow you to view the map on your computer and search the database more thoroughly than your town/city/county GIS website will.

Floors are in and paint is done, trim is done.
