Listening to the BP podcasts has fueled my interest in real estate investing and has motivated me to start a plan of saving as much as I can to close a deal before the middle of 2019; whether it is in New York or elsewhere.I have skimmed through a few real estate books and have been listening to podcasts on a frequent basis to get as much knowledge as I can, but I am open to any specific resources that you all have found extremely helpful to you.

Now my electrical was all new poles and box etc. so at the end of the day I have 17 spaces a 2bd 2bath home that rents for 1200. 

I think a roller and a pole with a couple cans of all-in-one hardwood floor finish would knock out the finishing in a couple hours but haven't tried that yet.

I wouldn't touch them with a 10 foot pole. 

Given that the electricity needs to come from fossil fuels anyway?

As far as using diesel fuel..

That said, the hot market I am looking at and numerous failed offers aren’t getting me down, but rather they are fueling my motivation to succeed even more.

On top of that there is crazy money in the Bay Area, mostly fueled by high salaries and stock options.

Gas or Electric (or some other fuel)?
