Hello friends,Anyone have experience using carbon fiber strips or sheets to stabilize a basement wall (bowing 1.5") rather than steel I-beams.

Today it's not uncommon that I have the only house listed in my slot.

What a lot of people around here do is schedule a time slot and have pre-qualified parties go through all at the same time.

Hello,I'm seeking referrals for a Credit Union/Bank/Broker who offers mortgages outside of the Fannie/Freddie programs, after I've used my 10 federal loan slots.  

I am thinking I might just schedule a couple days of open house and have people come during there scheduled time slots.
