Similary, if price point was $250k its about $700/mo (before taxes unless somehow you had lots more depreciation....).So save your time and build your equity/wealth.I think the issue is people ask the"gray hairs" what ar they doing.

@Christopher Thompson Austin continues to be a hot market, though many will tell you it is just about to fall off (true with any continually rising market that bucks historic trends).

I highly recommend searching for podcasts with Jeremy Roll, Travis Watts, and reviewing some of the underwriting criteria provided by them and Hunter Thompson on the Cash Flow Connections podcast.
