You’re doing everything correct so there’s nothing to hide.

Intuit loves to hide their desktop options and makes you work really hard to find them.

Unfortunately, the world supply seems to be shrinking:(If you try this out, do NOT settle for pics as too easy to stage & hide the truth.

Some people would try to conceal it, hiding it under marketing or something like that.

In time, I may use these properties in my LLC to help buy a larger multifamily inside my LLC.Not worried about being sued of hiding.

And does that hide your fee from both sides or just the seller? 

wholesalers like to hide behind the solving the problem prehistoric.. but thats all it is. 

Second biggest issue is property taxes (no prop 13 to save you and no state income tax so the government takes it out of property owners' hides). 

Old houses may have problems even if they're renovated and look pretty (a dishonest or unknowing seller could have old knob and tube wiring hiding behind nice updated kitchen and bathroom). 

So there's a general message given out by realtors and others that buying properties off of MLS is a bad idea, and FSBO or wholesale deals are usually hiding something.Would love input on this, and what extra steps if any do you take to mitigate the risk when buying off market?
