these scams basically have one theme if you can look behind the curtain they take folks that want to believe they can get a loan and probably should no better.

A common theme that I have seen personally and also what is expressed on the podcasts is that people usually start relatively small.

Social responsibility of the investmentThe main theme was risk aversion.

I usually go to Bible study on Weds and I see a lot of REI's like to use Weds as their day of choice.

If they had not paid it then, wed simply had filed the appropriate form the next day and the state would lien their bank account for the payment. 

Within a few hours (Wed Afternoon) I had two agents on the phone pulling quotes and verifying if their insurance partners provided the item I need.TL:DR - I have my quote from the local agent (check), I'm actually saving money (check), my pm is satisfied (check), and I'm now looking forward to the 1st round of rent collection.And yes, my PM provided the exact same example.Follow Up: what's the best way to indepenantly verify the insruance policy you have is 1) a real policy 2) actually legitimate?

Furthermore, I think gun restriction laws are the ideals of big governments and ignorant people...and people who used to be alive but died because they were not sufficiently armed.I am really enjoying the heated off-topic arguments here more than the actual thread theme.
