Frank,Thanks for putting it lightly with the "1031 PAYDOWN".I was hoping that I just discovered a loophole.Wheatie,I am not expert on 1031, but I have read that it is a myth that you have to buy a more expensive property.

(except the fact that using a secondary number is illegal.... because it is) Unfortunatley there are many credit myths out their that are very inccorect.

I love the flippers (though this is not my ) the way they take and ugly ducklin & create a beautiful swan.

When you deny my the right to be able to protect yourself you are taking on the responsibility to protect me.
