Nasty properties are the true money maker deals. 

They can build a bigger Indoor stadium, which can potentially attract more concerts, trade shows and maybe host the Superbowl. 

Seems like if the local market is no smoking indoors, an indoor smoking unit would go for a premium--(maybe???).

I can see why certain cities really want to draw this population.That's like renting a mansion in Beverly Hills for each one....And they get zero of this money....Seems like a real money maker though....on the taxpayers wallet.

When driving for dollars you still have to skiptrace the owners contact information, and the accuracy of the results is dependent on the provider used and  it can be difficult to track down the decision maker. 

Some of them own 30,50,100 units there for multifamily or more.While they have great rent growth year over year they are expressing great concern over the state trying to make rent control laws tougher and even enacting the vacancy laws.
