We are selective about managing properties that far out as a tough property would put a strain on our efficiency if we had to visit the property very often for maintenance, high vacancy, or other types of drama.

If I was seller I would just say fine and move on to the next buyer... and in your case just move on to another home not a lot of drama here just business.
