I'm biased, but I think nurses usually make great tenants, and we're thinking about investing and getting into that rental market as well ourselves.

It goes it cycles but they are biased on so many factors world wide that they cannot be predicted.

I've seen hundreds of out of state investors come here in just the last year, so I'm not just biased haha! 

Once the stubbornness and incompetence of both parties has come to the point of annoying the rest of the world, that world (the courts) will show no mercy or bias and will default to whatever society has decided (our laws) with respect to how to handle these matters.

I'm biased but I still think theres a lot of great opportunity in Austin, particularly BRRRRing in East Austin (78702 zip) turning sum run down properties on Huge lots into two homes (front house + large ADU)

I may be biased but I believe Columbia is one of the best markets to invest in.
