I am getting this message - "This product does not meet California air cleaner regulation requirements, and cannot be shipped to California".Does anyone else belongs to California provide any specific recommendation? 

I would also use something to remove the writing if it is really dark. goof off, magic  eraser, spray cleaner acetone.

I've heard cleaners complain about the tools team functionality in that they don't receive the texts, so using TurnoverBNB is still a great option for booking your cleaner.Guesty is probably the easiest platform to use, however it comes at a higher expense.

Went to paint the walls and used a cleaner on the walls and a really good stain-blocking primer and it just still kept bleeding through on the ceiling. 

That includes professional carpet cleaner, minor touch-up/paint.

However, if you can get hard money funding, I'd go that route because it's just a cleaner transaction. 

If you use the wrong cleaner or scrubber then it's over, not to mention stains.

A lease with option to buy for them would be a lot cleaner @Matt Pritchard.  

We had been working directly with a cleaner but the communication was getting to be a lot and calendars didn't seem to line up (cleaners walked in on a tenant once). 

I don’t recommend using drain cleaners they corrode pipes eventually.
