For tenants with weak financial standing, fixed term leases are not necessarily a good thing.

@Jacob Emens Unfortunately, I can't tell you what you should do in this situation as we all have different investment goals, styles, strengths and weakness. 

If a borrower can't cut the deal with a bank or broker, I would not get involved.Same holds true for these investors trying to buy as investments, if they came to you, they are weak players, not at all like residential where there is a much stronger market.

It is not being "weak" to ask questions.

This drawer is so big and weak it will collapse once the tenant loads it up.
