Inventory is extremely low in Western New York right now - about a third of what it was this time last year.I was just talking to my agent about a SFR in a B-/C area that needed significant finish work (but nothing that would keep it from getting financed.)

I get the same discussion with clients all the time.If it helps to compare, if I look at the micro-market that is Portland, you used to pay top dollar for Portland Proper (and Bend), now since there's an activist City Council, I can almost guarantee there'll be deflation.
