I am two weeks into my vacation rental and I am also trying to automate the process.one thing I learned is the electronic door lock schlage sense lock I purchased will only work with an apple TV while I am out of town.

There’s the Kwickset Premis locks that are also up there in price and allow you to connect to an Apple TV or Apple Home Hub to change codes lock and unlock doors etc.

In my experience, wifi, cable tv, views, proximity to the local attractions, and the ability to sleep 4 people are the biggies.

Syndications are used to buy thoroughbred race horses and yachts, to finance movies, and TV shows, and all kinds of other ventures.

@JR Hinds TV show has definitely been a great spotlight for GC.

This is also no different than apartment complexes making deals with cable TV companies to provide service to the building and then re-selling that service to the tenants either at a profit or a loss. 

A lot of what you see in movies and TV is edited with Final Cut Pro.

Also do you have an opinion on TV/music noise?

Not even looking up those state's laws, I'll bet Texas is a hell of a lot more landlord friendly than WA or certainly CA, where I do know (thanks to one of the times I can count on one hand that I watched a "reality tv" show end to end, just 30 min about some crazy dude who was the last resort for frustrated as hell LA area landlords!
