Someone who gets royally ticked at you because you have the gas turned off to the fireplace in the summer in Oklahoma....Yea because I love heating the property with a fireplace and you running the a/c at full blast to offset the added heat you are adding into the property.

Other than Stat Canada, I'm wondering if anyone on BP know of a Canadian database that would have the data need to implement Neal's method.

Also good to know about Montreal's market is that it is a very diverse and undervalued compare to other Canadian's cities which makes it very secure on a long term.Hope it Helps.

So lately I have been structuring private money deals where my business entity purchases property with a loan from canadian investors, now these investors have an 8-12% annual return on an investment under 50k with with DCR of over 1.5 secured by real estate. 

I have Canadian citizenship and I plan to retire on the Canadian west coast.
