The real problem for me is that when I go to sue, I feel like I actually need his address when I put him down as the defendant, at the very least so that the sheriff could serve him.

We are talking to Champion and from what I can tell there are a lot of upgrades/options for finishes.

I saw a case in small claims that had the plaintiff (property manager) was evicting the defendant (the tenant) over a discharged firearm.

That's not to say that's his only option, but it's the only one he listed.I'm not trying to champion going to college, I'm simply trying to say if you have 2 options one being finish and one being quit you literally gain nothing from quiting.

Even if someone breaks into your house, it is more likely the weapon will be stolen or used against you, than it is likely you will use it to defend yourself.I am not sure any of this matters relative to the original post, but interesting none the less.

It's the lawyer's job to win the case and collect his fees from the defendant.

Defending prejudice has no place here as well.

  :)  Nobody is a diehard windows fan, but man Apple could put out some lousy products that people would be defending to their last breath. 

I wouldn't want to make my property a target for crime by not allowing residents to defend themselves.

What is your affiliation with them and why are you so anxious to defend them?
