Nothing wrong with feeling upset or overwhelmed, digest it and move passed it by learning.

Again, he doesn't have a clue who you are and only cares if you are that one guy who wants to save a lot of money, if you want to sell and not have to pay a real estate agent.Do you also get upset when Wendy's Burgers sends you an ad that says "come buy our burger and save $.50, we have no idea who you are, we don't particulary care who you are, but we want to sell you hamburgers that aren't actually ham, they are beef"?

And yes people get upset sometimes with outbound marketing, doesn't matter your industry it's the price to pay... if you cant handle that, try inbound marketing like PPC they are usually softer. 

As long as you are not crossing a moral line (that would be an entirely different thread), I'm guessing stats would tell you most people prefer to have TV's in STRs...........Just a thought: If I were staying in your STR my objective would be to see the area and not really watch TV, but if unexpected weather made it so we had to stay in I would be upset that a TV was not part of the rental.

I am big on the prescreening as some prospects get upset and I have had a few get hostile over the phone, I'm not looking to have that conversation in person.  

One of my court house purchases was of a first deed of trust ( this was in Wa) and someone had bought the second months before this went to sale and had done almost a complete rehab on the property had no clue about the senior going to sale we bought it and were shocked to find a rehabbed house and a second position foreclosure buyer quite upset when we introduced ourselves as the new owner.
