Let them ruin my building?

Last week a man told me that what I'm doing is ruining his neighborhood.  

Please let me know if there any other other tips or hacks I can use to save money long term or tips to not to ruin my life during this process? 

I did the deficiency judgments as well and collected on some but those are really tough to perfect and chase people down pretty much just ran the LA investor right into bankruptcy... so now you know why I tell all LA based investors to be very careful with these out of state rentals if they go wonky it can really ruin their day..

I also know that doing business with close friends and family is risky in the sense that relationships can be soured and ruined if anything goes wrong with the deal, etc.

They are either putting stuff under contract for a price that wouldn't work for anyone trying to come in and BRRR, or they are getting a solid deal, then ruining it by tacking on a huge assignment fee.

With the FHA having high Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI) which could possibly ruin cashflow, I saw a forum that recommended using the Fannie Mae Home Ready loan instead.

But people like you are trying to ruin it for the rest of us.

Do not go behind their back or you will ruin your reputation and could end up getting fined or even charged.
