I do not view exercise for the sake of exercise as being a normal or required activity however given present day societies pension for electronic toys (all thing done on a couch by internet) and avoidance of having to participate in such activities as shopping it is possible that exercise solely for the sake of exercise may be necessary.

Definitely wont mention it again, no one seemed to notice the not possible for all properties.These properties are NOT on the mls, are her selling clients, generally other investors getting rid of something that got damaged more than they want to deal with or ma and pa foreclosures she works, her lock boxes, the old ones not used when on the mls..those used on mls listing are electronic...and shown with the sellers ok that she is not there.

Like when i went on a camping/fishing trip, I was texting bad and forth with a new tenant coaching her on how to use electronic payment software.I decided to go 50/50 traditional/Roth, mostly because I genuinely have NO IDEA if I will take a high paying civilian job in the max tax bracket, live off and pursue real estate full time, or something in between - after leaving the service in a few years.
