Have not had a chance to give them a shot yet, but assuming it's just a affiliate deal through the provider, with integration into lease doc storage system each provider already has. 

Look first for experience, NARPM affiliation and how many properties they personally own and ask a LOT of questions.

I am not in any way affiliated with them, but I think the A/CREIA is one of the best in the area- they usually have good attendance, bring interesting speakers in, have a solid group of vendors, and are just generally well-organized (unlike the REIA that I belong to, which is a big joke).

PS: My potential mentor would have me doing business as an affiliate of his company for the duration of the mentorship.

And, wouldn't you know it, he was affiliated with someone selling exactly that good or service. 

In my research of his brand I heard some interesting stuff about the seminars affiliated that gave me pause.
