Perhaps we need more blogs and posts to make sure new unsuspecting buyer are alerted of their tactics...

They sent me a letter stating, tree overhang over power lines.

They really wanted to catch you in the moment with all their buzz words and tactics.

For those of us based in flyover country it's all about getting into a market early (like a pre-IPO) and the money is made in holding the property in a particular market once the word gets out (through tactical marketing) and prices jump.

This is why the old timers spend so much time on creative tactics...

You started out trying to portray yourself as intelligent and intellectual, and then when someone pointed out your ignorance, you switched tactics to making fun of people who are intelligent.

These tactics aren't for the faint-hearted; can be dangerous; and they don't always work, but if you put pressure on the drug-scum's landlord, he may put pressure on the tenants.

By the beneficiary's discretion, there could be an open modification or short sale reviewing taking place and the mortgage servicer is requesting postponements, the borrower could of filed Bankruptcy, or the occasional shady postponement tactics. 7 Years is on the extremely long end of the spectrum.
