@Brice Hall, I think you're actually misunderstanding something fundamental about capital expenses.

The fundamentals have completely disappeared as of two years ago. 

Some of the other fundamentals are also strong - close to Bart, freeway and next to the schoolRecent sales have been encouraging.

I suggest you ask yourself a more fundamental question.

We all have to be careful to not confuse our timing success for fundamental success.
